we have application to laminate some special transparent material . dose laminating film gets scratch while undergoing pressure. as our material is also transparent is lamination film gets scratch while lamination it will not be acceptable.
This will depend on the machine and laminating film you are using. A good machine with high quality rollers combined with a quality laminating film will not give a scratched result. Hope this helps!

great machine, and would be very handy but the twenty grand starting price is a killer!
Worth the extra $ though as it is heavy duty, has Chevron Australian manufactured glass and many features other cheaper machines don't. We have been using ours in our trade finishing house for a year now and find it 3 - 5 times faster than mounting with a laminator. Tried the cheaper units and they don't work :(

The machine has inbuilt spring compensation of the rollers, so once the feed sheet passes through the rollers close to suit the new thickness.
at 3:25 in the video... the main roller is pressed compressed to the thickness of that lead board that was fed in...but now the vinyl is fed in and it is a fraction of the thickness of the board. how is it getting laminated? shouldn't the roller be pressed down more tomatch the thickness of the vinyl? im confused here...
Operating a roller machine with tie? Not a safe practice. Nice and well built machine.
so how do you dislodge the fliers from the laminate film at the back?
